Our POS equipment installations and surveillance system installations are guaranteed for a 90-day grace period. Any service problem that may arise during this period will be fixed at no cost. After the grace period, service problems will be handled on a case by case basis and will be billed at the company's most current service rates. If you select to purchase the enterprise option, we will show you how to print out the reports for all of your businesses from one location. After the installation and training, we will be on-site the entire day that your restaurant computers and POS system goes live. This will ensure that your staff has the practice and is proficient enough to adjust to the new system. We want to be sure that the employees are comfortable using the POS software before leaving.
