Once you have selected the Point of Sale system and/or surveillance system that is right for you, you need not worry about how to set it up. A & A POS Solutions will provide all of the necessary wiring, hardware set ups, network configurations, and software installations required for you to have your new POS and/or surveillance systems up and running.
Furthermore, we will also provide you with staff and employee training sessions to teach your workers how to use your new Point of Sale or surveillance equipment. We will provide step by step tutorials on-site to show your staff how to utilize all of the software functions that the systems offer. We will also show you how to perform any regular maintenance necessary (i.e. toner changes, paper jam fixes, etc). We will teach you how to print out your daily reports, program employee schedules, make menu or inventory changes, etc. We want to make sure that your employees are comfortable using the system and performing the basic tasks.
As with any other aspect in life, practice makes perfect. We understand that it will take a little while to learn all of the ins and outs of the point of sale system. That is why we offer free 90-day over-the-phone consultation for our new customers. We are extremely patient and understanding and will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have.

We pride ourselves in thorough system installations that require little to no maintenance services. Our goal is to do an excellent job during the initial installation stages and get it done right the first time. We would much rather have happy customers that will referr us to other businesses, than to keep coming back to make a few bucks here and there troubleshooting a poor POS system or surveillance system installation set up.
POS systems require maintenance. We will be upfront and honest with you from the beginning. There will be software updates. There will be times when things just dont seem to be working for some reason. That's just a part of network life. Most large companies have entire IT departments that dedicate all of their efforts to keeping the networks running smoothly. We understand that small businesses can't afford to have an IT department to keep up their Point of Sale or surveillance system. We will do all that we can to minimize the amount of service and maintenance that your system requires. This is done by using products from leading manufacturers. We will also show you how to perform regular maintenance operations that can help to keep your network "healthy".
